Teach patients about generational Trauma

Teach patients how trauma is passed down from one generation to the next, often times with no one realizing, understanding, or attempting to end the vicious cycle. 

Use this educational chart to get their (ACE) family history. Use the Adverse Childhood Experience test to tally up the amount of "yes, no, answers and the added "unknown" box for answers your client may not know.

How to Use

On one side, track each family members score, (mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather), and on the other side, tally up each score individually one at a time!

Remember, an unknown answer could be a "yes" or at least up for discussion.

The + 1 question is about being affected by a family member going to war. 

Add to your notes or make a copy, and add to their file at the end of the session!
